This is the first time i've critiqued so please bare with me

Vision

The picture is very easy on the eyes, the character could be doing a number of things with lets the viewer use imagination. I like that the Back ground is transparent so that it may be used for a number of things. The line art is very nice and clean and easy to see. The shading is nice though i think layered shading would be a bit more effective.

i'll give it 4 stars

Originality

The picture itself is half original and about half not. Because the GDW style is used its not very original in that respect because the style is of another artist. how ever you have adopted and copied the style very well and that earns you points. The character though is very original. And even though this is not your character i think you captured the design well.

i'll give it 3.5 stars

Technique

As i said before you adopted and used the GDW style with almost perfection. It very seems like it came out of the manga itself. the muscular detail is something that always stood out in the GDW style and you showed it very well here. Anatomy is something hard to combine with your style let alone someone else's. by doing this you earned massive points, or so far as i can see.

Impact

I don't see much of an impact other than it is fanart for someone else, but that alone is good enough.
